We’re looking for an Experienced Heating Engineer to join our team—not just as an employee but as a key part of the business. Your input will be valued, and you will have significant control over the heating side of the business, helping to shape its direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of renewable heating systems, primarily air source heat pumps.
Working on domestic retrofit projects to upgrade energy systems for our customers.
Diagnosing and resolving heating system issues.
Supporting the integration of renewable technologies like solar PV and battery systems.
Taking an active role in decision-making and influencing the development of the heating part of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a heating engineer, with a solid understanding of heating systems and installations.
A passion for renewable energy and a willingness to expand your knowledge into sustainable technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical fitness, as the role involves:
Lifting and working on your feet for extended periods.
Working at heights and in confined spaces.
A valid driving license (required).
A desire to be part of a business, contributing ideas and helping shape its future.
