Are you a talented and motivated Energy & Infrastructure Associate looking to join a top-tier law firm? An international law firm are looking to add to their team in London.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, representing traditional upstream oil & gas M&A, to energy transition technologies such as offshore wind, hydrogen and energy storage projects.

You will collaborate with our experienced Solicitors to develop and execute sophisticated legal strategies, draft and review legal documents, and provide counsel to clients throughout all phases of an energy case.

The Firm are a city-based law firm, with a Legal 500 ranking energy practice

The Role:

Advising on a variety of transactions including gas M&A and upstream oil
You will be acting on multi-billion dollar landmark transactions and projects
You can expect the freedom to develop your practice, with the support from respected partners to further develop your skills and grow your profile.

Candidate and Requirements:

Qualified Lawyer in England and Wales with 4+ PQE.
Private practice and/or in-house experience
Experience drafting and negotiating project agreements in the sector
Be a commercially aware individual with an interest in business development
Must be experienced in black letter law
Be keen to develop yourself professionally and progress your career
Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
