An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced MI Analyst has arisen within our Workforce Information Team.

With experience in data collation and analysis, and associated software systems; a solid understanding and practical experience in workforce data, metrics, data manipulation, report production, etc; and excellent presentation, organisation, and problem-solving skills, you will play a key role in our team, as we move forward with our constantly developing team.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across a variety of fields, both internal and external, identifying key information to meet requirements and appropriate methods for sourcing, and presenting across different formats, building on your existing skills.

Ideally, you will have experience working within a similar role for the NHS, experience with NHS systems – such as ESR, LEAP, SARD, etc, as well as Business Intelligence software such as QlikView, Tableau, etc.

This is a permanent, full-time role, and will be primarily based at our site at Denmark Hill, although travel to other King’s sites may occasionally be required.

To provide high quality, accurate, timely and user-friendly Workforce information to internal and external stakeholders ensuring the information on workforce contributes to all the key decision-making agendas of the Trust and its wider partners.

Assist in efficient running of the Electronic Staff Record System and any linked systems which relate to workforce.
