Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ECO4 Submissions Coordinator located in Rhyl. The Submissions Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating ECO4 and GBIS grant applications, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to secure funding for energy efficient upgrades. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, liaising with grant authorities, and maintaining detailed records of submissions and approvals.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in grant application processes or project coordination
Excellent communication skills for client and authority interactions
Knowledge of energy efficiency programs or renewable energy technologies
Familiarity with government grant requirements and sustainability initiatives
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications and record-keeping
Relevant certification or degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainable Energy, or related field
