Salary: £35,000- £45,000 Type: Full-timePivotal Construction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established Property Services company. They complete 10,000+ property visits a month for a range of services including Gas Heating System Installations, Gas Appliance Servicing and Repairs, Electrical Safety Testing (EICRs), Electric Vehicle Charger Installations and energy surveys. Established in 2012, with a head office in Beckenham. They have grown year-on-year to become a significant competitor for gas, electrical and energy works. And are now looking for an enthusiastic Electrician to join the West London team. To cover North of the North west patch. Role Duties To complete EICRs on residential properties. To use company software to record any remedial work needed at the property. To carry out remedial works in order to return a satisfactory outcome. To carry out EV installations to current regulations To keep up-to-date with changing legislation.Requirements Previous experience completing residential EICRs and associated electrical remedial work. Full UK Driving License 18th edition wiring regulations 2365 Level 2 & 3 or equivalent 2391-52 Testing & Inspection or equivalent AM2 and NVQ3 desirable & Electric Vehicle Charging (Desirable) 2 years' experience as an electrician.Additional details

Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
