About Us

Splash is an innovative mobile app that is revolutionising the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry. Our platform allows homeowners and businesses to monetise their EV chargers when not in use. By joining Splash, users can customise availability and pricing of their EV chargers, earning money effortlessly with privacy in full control. We are currently in our exciting beta phase and are looking to expand our network of EV chargers across the UK.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is at the forefront of our expansion efforts, requiring the associate to engage directly with potential users through door-to-door visits and develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating homeowners and businesses about the benefits of joining the Splash platform, onboarding new EV charger users, and organising events to promote our app.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door visits to potential users (homeowners and businesses) with EV chargers.
Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of the Splash app.
Onboard new EV charger users to the Splash platform.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase user acquisition.
Organise and participate in events to promote the Splash app and engage with potential users.
Meet and exceed user acquisition targets.
Provide feedback from potential users to improve our services and user experience.
Represent Splash professionally at all times.

Qualifications

Education level: A-level or above is preferred.
Previous experience in sales preferred. Experience in organising events is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to come up with innovative marketing strategies.
Must possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability and the EV industry.
Must have access to reliable transportation for visiting potential users.
