NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is on a mission to make a carbon-free, climate-safe future a reality. We are building the world’s largest plant to produce green ammonia at scale, providing humankind with a cost-efficient solution that will accelerate the worldwide green hydrogen economy. Located in NEOM and supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, NGHC will be integrating up to 4GW of onshore solar and wind energy to supply up to 650 tons of green ammonia per day for transportation globally. Operations will go onstream in 2026. NGHC brings together the technology, operational efficiency and know-how of ACWA Power, Air Products and NEOM in a joint-venture partnership with over 80 years of combined experience in the fields of hydrogen, energy, renewables and global networks.

POSITION SUMMARY
The warehouse superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) warehouses, including managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped in an efficient and timely manner, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
NATURE & SCOPE
The warehouse superintendent is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for warehouse operations and ensuring that these policies are followed by the team. This involve collaborating with other departments, such as, end-user, logistics and supply chain, to ensure that warehouse processes align with NGHC goals and objectives.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
- The role involves maintaining on-hand quantities, ensuring physical inventory matches with the ERP system, managing PO delivered materials, supervising the kitting process, picking, packing, and shipping, and reporting discrepancies to inventory management.
- Involves maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring staff are trained in housekeeping and safety procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments like procurement, logistics, end-users, and inventory to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Training programs are developed to ensure warehouse staff are properly trained on operations and safety procedures. The goal is to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery of orders.
- Follows and utilizes supply/warehousing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and productive work practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures through NGHC official channels and platforms.
- Understand audit and KPI targets to meet requirements.
- Optimize stock holdings by controlling physical inventory securely and using sound inventory knowledge, management, and security principles.
- Control accurate inventory movements in and out of the warehouse, ensuring they match electronic inventory management systems.
- Provide training and assistance to customers on the supply system and ensure hazardous materials are handled, stored, and transported in accordance with appropriate procedures, standards, and legislation.
- Contribute to customer knowledge of the supply system.

- As per delegation of authority given by the Material Management Manager.
- The role will report directly to the NGHC – Material Management Manager.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 8+ years in Warehouse Management positions with at least five years’ Warehouse Management lead posting.
- Educated to University degree level, with a preference for industrial Business and/or Engineering degree.
- Must have Knowledge of Materials Management Strategies and had direct responsibility for Materials Management strategies in functionally diverse Organizations. The individual must have proven experience in leading teams and a solid governance background.
