We're evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies and we're looking for a UK / Gibraltar based Head of IA and AI Transformation to support and drive Automation & AI transformation as part of organisation’s strategic initiative.
Here you'll be collaborating with evoke's various business functions to implement IA & AI transformations in processes and operations. The focus is on scaling and adopting Intelligent Automation and AI solutions to meet business objectives and create value, while also monitoring and reporting the impact of each solution deployed.
What you will be doing:
- Partnering with business functions to implement IA & AI operating model, governance, and transformation roadmap
- Promoting awareness and AI-first mindset in the organization by sharing knowledge on Intelligent technologies.
- Identifying and co-creating innovative and transformational use cases.
- Establishing cross-functional teams with expertise in IA & AI, business domains, IT, Security, etc.
- Gaining alignment and approval from stakeholders on business cases, technical solutions, and roadmaps for approved use cases.
- Developing and deploying technical solutions using relevant IA & AI technologies through DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Coordinating and overseeing technical solutions developed by other internal organizations whilst managing deployment of IA & AI solutions procured from IT vendors and partners.
- Scaling of IA & AI solutions across the company to realise business cases whilst measuring, tracking, and reporting value realized for each IA & AI solution based on agreed business cases.
Who we are looking for:

- Experience in Intelligent Automation and AI transformation with experience in AI-led business transformation, with expertise in technologies like AI/ML, RPA, Low Code, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI
- Proficiency in new product development, go-to-market strategies, and product life cycle management with comprehensive understanding of technology strategy, operations transformation, digital collaboration, and Intelligent Automation & AI technologies
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration and Certifications in project management, PMP, ITIL, agile methodologies, or related areas are added advantage
- A blend of business and technical acumen with an AI-first mindset and ability to translate business needs into Automation & AI strategies. Alongside excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across diverse business and technical functions.
