You’ll make an impact through:
- Using your analytical and problem-solving skills to support delivery of client-focused ESG projects.
- Applying ESG frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, ISSB and SASB to help clients measure, manage and report on their ESG performance.
- Calculating and reporting corporate carbon footprints, and developing strategies and transition pathways to reduce emissions. Having a willingness to learn and adapt, developing your ESG knowledge through training and collaboration with colleagues.
- Working as part of a diverse team, with the opportunity to interact closely with clients. It is critical that you can establish trust, credibility, and can quickly build effective relationships.

A demonstrable interest in ESG & Sustainability.
A strong academic record: preferably with a sustainability or business-focus and ideally to post-graduate level.
112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
A predicted/obtained honours degree.
Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships externally & internally.
Time Management skills.
Experience within a professional environment.
