We’re revolutionising how people consume by offering eco-friendly products and a flexible rental platform that reduce waste and promote a circular economy. As we explore R&D collaborations with universities to drive “smarter sustainability” innovations, we’re looking for a Pro Bono Board Advisor (Legal) to guide us on this journey.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of corporate legal experience at a senior level (e.g., in-house counsel, law firm partner, or similar).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of corporate governance, intellectual property, and contracts (essential).
- Availability: Able to attend quarterly board meetings (4x/year) and contribute a few hours per month for ad-hoc advisory support.
- Location: UK-based only (meetings are in the UK, with potential for occasional in-person attendance).
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and innovation. You’re excited to volunteer your skills to support a growing green business in a pro bono capacity.
What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic legal counsel to our board and founding team. Help ensure we meet high standards of governance and compliance. Advise on IP protection as we develop new eco-friendly solutions, and review key contracts/partnerships (including those with universities). In short, you’ll be our go-to legal sage, helping Green Orbit navigate growth thoughtfully and ethically.
