VitoEnergy is a technically led heating and renewables company helping homeowners and commercial clients transition to low carbon energy systems the right way. We install high-performance heat pumps, solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers — all designed to work together to reduce emissions without compromising on comfort or efficiency. The Role
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for smart, sustainable home energy. This could be an experienced consultant ready to hit the ground running, or a motivated individual at the start of their career in energy or engineering, looking to learn and grow.
Your role will include:
- Responding to inbound enquiries and guiding customers through their low carbon journey
- Gathering key information from homeowners to assess needs and opportunities
- Carrying out remote and in-person heat loss surveys using industry-leading software
- Preparing and processing estimates through our online portal
- Recommending the right mix of heat pumps, solar PV, batteries, and supporting tech
- Explaining the pros and cons of different solutions, including renewable vs fossil fuels
- Discussing system timeframes, installation impacts, and equipment options with clarity
- Liaising with customers, internal teams, and our wider network of UK partners
This role could suit:
- A trainee with a college or university background in building services, engineering, sustainability, or renewables — ready to learn
- Someone with experience in domestic heating, energy consultancy, or technical sales looking for a meaningful next step

Location & Travel:
Based at our Camberley (Mytchett) office, with travel to local customer sites (within approx. 1 hour). Hybrid or remote working work may be available after probation depending on workload and collaboration needs.
