We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate specializing in renewable energy to join our SES team. Our team has a national presence, and we welcome applications from candidates who can commute to any of our offices across the UK.

Your Role Will Include
- Acting as the technical and project lead for grid-scale/Front of the Meter renewable energy and storage consultancy projects, primarily battery and solar power, with experience in other technologies beneficial.
- Overseeing project delivery for your portfolio.
- Managing and developing client relationships.
- Managing project finances.
- Resource management for the team.
- Leading, recruiting, and developing team members.

Candidate Requirements
Ideally, you will have experience in:
- Grid connection processes for renewable projects (20-500MW scale)
- Renewable energy and storage development, including market and revenue streams
- Technical knowledge of renewable and energy storage technologies
- Working with TNO/DNO and renewable project development
- Planning processes for various project scales
- Supply chain and partner engagement
- Industry changes and opportunities
Beneficial But Not Essential
- Business development in renewables
- Team operations and resource planning
