Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar O&M Engineer, based in Northamptonshire. The Solar O&M Engineer will be responsible for managing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of solar PV systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing electrical engineering duties, ensuring the system’s optimal performance, and coordinating maintenance management activities.
The engineer will also be involved in surveying new sites for proposed PV generation systems.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified electrician (non-domestic)
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Electrical Engineering experience and knowledge
- Maintenance Management capabilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
- Experience in solar PV systems and renewable energy is a plus
- Must have a full and clean UK drivers license
Renumeration
c £40,000 dependent on experience
Work vehicle will be provided
