Job Description:
- Designing water, drainage and firefighting systems
- Designing HVAC systems and cooling loads
- Sizing pipes and ducts
- Implementing ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC codes and standards.
- Review design information and comment in relation to technical compliance
- Ensure all Mechanical Designs are reviewed prior to construction
- Checking each stage of the process to ensure that designs are collaborated correctly.
- Using Revit MEP in the Design and Shop Drawings Professionally.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience of Mechanical Design Engineer with enough site construction background to provide solutions when required.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- Professional skills in Revit MEP are a must.
- Professional skills in AutoCAD.
- Professional in Block Load and HAP, Duct Sizer, Elite
- Awareness of International Standards for mechanical services.
- Ability to work under high pressure and carrying out simultaneous multi-tasks.
- Self-motivated with high organizational and communication skills.
- Highly committed and up to the company’s code of ethics.
- Experience in High Rise Residential & Commercial Buildings
- Preparing Red Line and As Build Drawing.
