Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst whose remit will initially be to support a three-year strategic programme of work spanning multiple domains within Evoke.
The successful candidate will work across the domains, such as Sports, Gaming, Core, Payments, UX and non-tech business functions such as Compliance and Commercial, helping to ensure the programme objectives are met by producing key delivery artefacts associated with the project lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity to be heavily involved in one of our largest strategic initiatives and play a pivotal role in ensuring it's success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Industry experience: It will be beneficial to demonstrate experience of having worked within the Gaming Industry
- Cross Domain Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders from different domains to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall programme goals.
- Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the domains within our business to be able to provide valuable insights and document recommendations when decisions are required.
- Process Improvement: Identify and analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and compliance across the business.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including both internally and externally, to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data and reporting tools to interpret and present data-driven insights that support decision-making across the programme.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and support domain teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the entire programme, ensuring solutions meet business needs while being scalable and sustainable.
- Risk Management: Assess risks and identify mitigation strategies to manage potential impacts on project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
