About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a Giga Project client in Saudi Arabia for the role of BIM Coordinator. This role is essential to supporting the digital delivery of complex, large-scale developments. The BIM Coordinator will manage model integration, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and infrastructure design packages.
The ideal candidate will work within a client-side or PMC environment, helping to ensure the project meets its delivery goals through proper digital coordination, compliance, and structured collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Model Coordination
• Coordinate federated BIM models across multiple disciplines using Navisworks or similar platforms
• Conduct clash detection and lead issue resolution workshops between design and construction teams
• Maintain version control, naming conventions, and file exchange protocols
Standardization and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650 standards
• Implement structured workflows, LOD definitions, and standardized data environments
• Support the enforcement of CDE (Common Data Environment) protocols
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Facilitate model coordination meetings and design review sessions
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, clash logs, and tracking sheets
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal client teams

Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM coordination on large-scale infrastructure or building projects
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Familiar with ISO 19650 standards and regional BIM mandates (NEOM, Royal Commission, etc.)
• Capable of leading technical coordination between disciplines (Arch/Str/MEP)
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; relevant BIM certifications preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent reporting, organizational, and communication skills
