The Role
The VP of Programme Delivery & Operations will be instrumental in translating Wrisk's strategic vision into seamless execution, ensuring both structure and agility in delivery. This role is responsible for steering Wrisk's programme delivery and operational execution, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered at pace while daily operations run seamlessly.

It requires structured governance, proactive risk management, and tight cross-functional coordination to ensure programmes remain on track while daily execution stays agile, efficient, and scalable. Programme Management & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Wrisk's strategic programmes and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, driving structured execution, risk mitigation, and accountability across all programmes
- Oversee programme prioritisation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking, ensuring alignment with Wrisk's strategic goals
- Serve as the primary escalation point for programme risks and delivery challenges, providing structured resolution and decision-making
- Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams, insurers, and Auto OEM partners
- Continuously optimise programme delivery methodologies, ensuring Wrisk's execution frameworks are scalable and adaptable to business growth
Operational Execution & Delivery Management
- Ensure Wrisk's day-to-day operations and delivery management are executed with precision, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth programme execution and business continuity
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance, ensuring Wrisk adheres to industry best practices and external assessment requirements
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Wrisk's growth trajectory
About You
Key Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in programme management, delivery execution, or operational strategy within a high-growth environment (ideally in insurtech, fintech, or technology-led sectors)
- Proven expertise in governance frameworks, programme execution, and risk management, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners (Auto OEMs, insurers)
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring effective operational management at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex challenges into actionable decisions
- Experience managing high-growth expansion initiatives, ensuring Wrisk's execution capabilities scale effectively in new markets
