Key responsibilities for the Metering Analyst:
- Oversee and manage all meter/AMR installations, exchanges, removals, and data updates.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and metering partners to resolve queries.
- Resolve meter and AMR data issues efficiently and manage meter reading rejections.
- Support AMR and Smart meter rollout strategies, ensuring data accuracy
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support operational and sales functions.
Skills and experience required for the Metering Analyst:
- Energy industry experience (specifically within Metering) - Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly across business areas.
- Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs, MOPs, or DCs.
