Graduate Engineer Opportunity – 6-Month Contract (Worcester, On-Site)
A leading medical device client is looking for a Manufacturing Support Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering or maintenance-focused graduate to apply their technical knowledge, support live production, and drive real process improvements in a regulated, hands-on environment.
Location: Worcester (on-site, 5 days/week)
Contract: 6 months, with potential to extend or go permanent
What you'll be doing:
- Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple processes
- Assist with equipment maintenance and TPM activities
- Apply up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and safety practices (ISO 45001, COSHH, etc.)
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives
