Job Description
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop brand distributor and establish sales channels for both domestic and commercial charging product & solution.
Develop and establish strategic relationships with influential OEM partners in categories such as AC EV charger and DC fast charger.
Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Regularly engage with client's decision makers in performing primary duties.
Provide sales leadership and experience on large brand distribution or OEM opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, product management to achieve sales goals.
Key Attributes:
A university degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of electrical product, especially home
security & surveillance, household sensors & alarms, power strips or light sockets.
The experience of EV charging infrastructure is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend

Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
