Location: Hybrid – Ideally within commuting distance of our Head Office in Brinkworth
Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 + project related bonus
Working Hours: Full-time, including weekend rota

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the efficiency of our solar farms, using cutting-edge remote monitoring systems to analyse performance, detect faults, and maximize energy output.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring & Analysis: Oversee solar farm performance from a system level down to individual components.
- Tech-Savvy Work: Configure and access web interfaces of components via VPN.
- Swift Fault Response: Detect and report faults to maintain optimal energy generation.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in performance analysis, monthly reporting, and data compilation.
- Target Optimization: Help ensure performance meets contractual targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering Degree (Electrical or equivalent qualification)
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Good understanding of computer networks and Excel (Advanced level)
- Knowledge of PV systems is a strong plus
- A self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work on a weekend rota
