We’re on the lookout for 2 Senior AI/ML Engineers to help tackle one of the biggest challenges in workforce management: how to build smart and effective, yet human-centric scheduling solutions.
This is your chance to work on real-world problems with huge impact – from optimising shift schedules to improving work-life balance for millions of people across the globe.
🔍 What you'll be doing:
- Designing & deploying ML models into production
- Building Agentic AI applications
- Solving complex business problems, often involving real-time parameters and unpredictable human behaviour
- Driving innovation in AI/ML, from classic ML to generative and agent-based systems
- Shaping the future of scheduling and workforce tech
✅ Must have requirements:
- Strong hands-on ML/Agentic AI experience (Python, MLOps, LLMs, etc.)
- Experience with cloud deployment of AI/ML models
- A product mindset and appetite for experimentation
- Passion for making work more human and meaningful
👍 Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of discrete optimisation techniques and operations research, especially knowledge of metaheuristics
- Experience building evaluation pipelines
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally Azure)
- Proficiency in .NET (C#) and/or JavaScript / TypeScript
