Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Manager in Renewables based UK wide as required. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing site resources, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining site documentation. The Site Manager will also ensure quality control, resolve any site issues, and liaise with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Site Management, Project Management, and Supervisory skills
- Experience in Renewable Energy, specifically solar PV installation
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple site activities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using site management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in Project Management or Health and Safety are a plus
