About The Role:
We're looking for a strategic, adaptable thinker to help guide clients through complex challenges and new ways of working. This role is about uncovering opportunities, shaping direction, and helping teams move from ideas to action.
You'll work closely with decision-makers and cross-functional teams to design solutions, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery stays connected to real business outcomes.
If you enjoy connecting dots, simplifying complexity, and helping organizations move forward with clarity, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Do:
- Lead AI discovery and audit sessions to identify use cases with real business value
- Build transformation roadmaps that prioritize quick wins and scalable impact
- Work closely with automation specialists and designers to bring ideas to life
- Present strategic recommendations and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on emerging tools (e.g., GPT, LangChain)
- Help structure prompt strategies and workflows that unlock LLM capabilities
- Support change management and help guide client teams through adoption
- Develop and standardize frameworks for audits, AI roadmaps, and use-case libraries
- Create templates for proposals, reports, and repeatable playbooks
- Define measurable success metrics for every initiative (time saved, cost reduced, output improved)
- Lead client relationships from strategy through implementation and iteration
- Translate business needs into clear technical briefs for engineers and builders
- Review solutions to ensure they deliver on business objectives
- Stay on top of AI trends, tools, and governance frameworks, and bring insights into the team
- Support the go-to-market strategy through webinars, pitch decks, and case studies
- Identify new service offerings based on client demand or emerging technology
Requirements
You're a strategist who understands both business and technology and knows how to communicate clearly, lead with purpose, and deliver real results.
- You've done this before: 5+ years in consulting, strategy, product, or transformation roles
- AI-aware and tech fluent: You understand how GPT, LangChain, Zapier, Make, and other AI tools can be applied practically in a business context
- A structured thinker: You bring clarity to complex problems and can simplify without dumbing things down
- Excellent communicator: You can explain abstract concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presenter: You're confident in front of clients, can lead workshops, and guide stakeholders through decisions
- Business-savvy: You understand how companies operate and how to tie AI efforts to measurable business outcomes
- Highly collaborative: You work well with engineers, designers, operators, and executives, and know how to align diverse teams
- Process-driven: You like to define, refine, and improve how things are done so the work becomes more scalable
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You know how to move forward when the brief is open and the path isn't fully mapped
- Outcome-focused: You care more about delivering value than shipping flashy tech
- Curious and self-driven: You're always learning about new tools, use cases, industries, and better ways of doing things
- Well-organized: You manage timelines, dependencies, and documentation with discipline
- Good at listening: You ask the right questions and tune in to what clients really need, not just what they say they want
