InterQuest are representing a leading financial services company in their search for a Junior AI/ML Engineer (Data Scientist). The AI / ML Engineer will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive decision-making processes and deliver valuable insights. You will be at the cutting edge of our clients adoption of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools, playing a pivotal part in shaping and developing the Data Science function.
As an AI/ML Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing a document extraction, ingestion and cleansing capability designing a flexible, scalable pipeline architecture, implementing best practices for data handling, and setting benchmarks for data quality. You'll also ensure high reusability rate across initiatives, and aim for quick time to market with well-documented, easy-to-adopt solutions.
What you'll bring
• Strong data analysis and engineering skills, including experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Curiosity and a passion for data, innovation and experimentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill's.
• Experience working in an agile environment
