The Role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with the drive to own the full development lifecycle — front to back. You'll architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications, working closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and our tech team to build tools that genuinely impact the energy space.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your code goes live — and makes a difference.
What You'll Do:
Build
- Develop scalable user interfaces with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs
- Write clean, reusable, and secure code — front and back
Own
- Lead full-stack architecture and deployment
- Take features from concept to production
- Ensure speed, scalability, and security
Collaborate
- Work with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life
- Align tech solutions with business goals
- Integrate cloud services (mostly AWS)
Improve
- Stay sharp with the latest tech trends
- Identify and implement performance optimisations
- Push for continuous improvement and automation
What You Bring
- Solid experience in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Back-end experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
