About the Role:
They are seeking a creative and strategic Design & Marketing Lead to shape their brand, craft engaging content, and run multichannel campaigns. You’ll combine design expertise with marketing knowledge to increase visibility, attract leads, and support rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Refresh their visual identity, produce high-quality graphics and videos, and manage website updates (Wix).
- Produce high-quality visuals for pitch decks, social media posts, event banners, brochures, datasheets, and user guides using Adobe Cloud Software.
- Maintain and update their website: add new product pages, embed videos, optimize images, and ensure timely blog/pipeline updates.
- Develop B2C & B2B marketing strategies, plan social media content, trade show activities, and lead magnets.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful launches.
- Identify and optimize marketing channels—LinkedIn, industry forums, targeted email campaigns, and paid social—across B2C and B2B audiences.
- Analyse the customer journey from initial ad exposure through to sale; recommend optimizations (e.g., landing-page A/B tests).
- When necessary, engage external photographers, videographers, or freelance designers to ensure top-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in design/marketing, preferably with a background in product or architectural design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and Wix website management.
- Knowledge of marketing channels, analytics, and content creation.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced startup setting.
Nice to Have:
Experience with 3D modeling, infrastructure projects, email marketing tools, or technical copywriting.
