Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to design, implement, and maintain HR data services and systems, ensuring data integrity, insight generation, and process efficiency. The role requires strong Workday reporting expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a project delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and datasets (including Workday Prism).
- Analyse and interpret HR data to produce actionable insights for decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to process/service improvements and resolve escalated data issues.
- Support HRIS maintenance, testing, and optimisation in line with business needs.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
