Are you a Graduate Data Scientist eager to turn raw data into meaningful insights?
We’re looking for a curious and motivated Graduate Data Scientist to join our hybrid-working team in London. You’ll be part of a growing group that uses data to solve real-world business problems, combining statistical analysis, machine learning, and storytelling to make an impact.
You’ll work across the data science lifecycle — from cleaning and exploring datasets, to building models, to sharing insights with non-technical stakeholders. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced data scientists, helping you build both technical and commercial skills.
In this role, you’ll help analyse complex datasets, train and test predictive models, and translate outputs into actionable recommendations. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of data challenges while contributing to projects that deliver real value.

What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 year of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field (internships and projects welcome)
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and data preprocessing techniques
- Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about data
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exposure to version control (Git) or workflow automation tools
- Understanding of business metrics and commercial datasets
