PhDs with interdisciplinary backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply. Research areas include, but are not limited to:
- Materials Chemistry: polymers, nanostructured materials, functional thin films, energy storage and photovoltaic materials
- Energy & Environment: electrocatalysis, photocatalysis, hydrogen energy, battery materials, green chemical processes, carbon reduction technologies
- Medicinal & Biochemical Chemistry: drug molecular design, molecular immunochemistry, chemical biology
- Sustainability: green synthesis, environmental remediation, circular chemistry technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and/or collaborative high-level chemical research
- Publish high-quality papers in leading international journals
- Apply for national or international research grants
- Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (if applicable)
- Collaborate with domestic and international teams to promote research-to-industry translation
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: USD 40,000 – 250,000+ (negotiable based on qualifications)
- Research Startup Funding: up to USD 400,000

Candidate Requirements
- PhD degree from a globally recognized university (QS Top 200 preferred) or leading research institute
