The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Growth team, working directly with the Chief Growth Officer. This role is central to converting data from our EV charger network into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions, improve network performance, and support our growth trajectory.
With the right ambition and capability, this role offers a career pathway toward a future CTO position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from charging stations, customer applications, usage patterns, and operational systems.
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as utilization, uptime, revenue, and customer behavior.
- Identify patterns and trends in charging demand, station performance, and energy consumption.
- Deliver insights that support charger placement, load management, predictive maintenance, and growth opportunities.
- Work with teams across operations, product, engineering, and business development to embed data-driven thinking.
- Support strategic initiatives, pricing models, and new product features with ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s desirable).
- 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (experience in EV, energy, or mobility sectors is an advantage).
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly and drive actionable business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ambition to grow into leadership and potentially CTO responsibilities.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience).
- Location: Office-based, with 3 mandatory in-office days (Tue/Wed/Thu) and up to 5 days optional.
