At Maple, we thrive on bringing visions to reality. We’re a little different to most construction businesses. The spirit of Maple is built around a family feel — loyal, committed, and succeeding together. As our new HSEQ Manager, you’ll take a lead role in shaping how we deliver safety, quality, sustainability, and social impact across the business.
“There’s something different about Maple, you feel it when you’re in the building. You can’t help but feel a strong sense of loyalty to a business that genuinely puts the customer first and always has the best in mind for its staff.”
— Project Coordinator.
The mission isn't to just comply in the HSEQ field, it's to push boundaries and raise standards.
“At Maple, my job is to make myself redundant, because that means I’ve developed the next generation of leaders. We invest in everyone’s growth, and when you step up here, you’ll always have support. We’re proud to have a culture where everyone has the chance to lead, no matter their title.”
— Managing Director
