Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing our online marketing strategy to drive our overall digital discoverability and awareness, leading to customer acquisition, engagement, and increasing overall brand visibility. Using all digital channels, you will create performance-driven campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify our discoverability and customer awareness in the EV space.
You will help deliver marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, with support from the team in content, communications, and campaign management.
The role
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, charger usage, and brand awareness.
- Support the coordination of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook), assisting with content scheduling, community engagement, and tracking performance analytics.
- Run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) focused on both B2C and B2B customer segments, aligned with the CRM activity and wider marketing plans.
- Working with the content manager and wider marketing team to deploy engaging content tailored to our key audiences including EV drivers, fleet operators, property developers, and sustainability partners.
- Analyse and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, engagement, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote charger launches, partnership activations, and customer success stories.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships where applicable.
- Monitor and optimise mobile app performance metrics (installs, engagement, session duration, retention, in-app events) through tools like Firebase.
- Collaborate with tech teams to align app experience with marketing campaigns and ensure funnel performance from digital to in-app.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and evolving social platform algorithms.
You’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in mobility, energy, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of running digital performance campaigns and growing social media presence.
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Commercially astute and data-driven decision-maker.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and setting direction.
- Strong content creation skills – both strategic and hands-on (writing, briefing visuals, working with creatives).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s 2:1 degree in Marketing, and or Digital Media.
