Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Data & Insights Analyst to join our technical and operations teams. You will support our Data, Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams across EMEA and the US, using your analytical skills and creative flair to uncover insights and drive performance.
This role blends technical data analysis with strategic insight generation and storytelling. You'll be responsible for campaign analysis, reporting, platform support, and insight development; helping shape the future of our product offerings and client strategies.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Data Analysis & Campaign Support
- Define insights strategy and evolve collateral across product offerings
- Retrieve, cleanse, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and performance opportunities
- Use statistical modelling and data mining to solve problems and generate actionable insights
- Support advertising platform operations and troubleshoot technical issues
- Understand and work with legacy code and execute programmes
- Create engaging presentations and decks to communicate findings and recommendations
- Partner with marketing to surface insights for social and campaign content
Insights Development
- Build and deliver in-depth insights reports for enterprise clients and brands
- Monitor campaign metrics and develop strategies to improve performance
- Manage the Automated Insights Product, including audits, support, and iterative development
Operations & Reporting
- Conduct quarterly client compliance reviews
- Share regular insights and data reports with clients
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Provide insights for sales enablement and RFP collateral
- Act as the point person for insights across the business
Requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical programming
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, goal-focused insights
- Comfortable communicating with non-experts and cross-functional teams
- Experience in digital advertising (DSPs, SSPs, Ad exchanges) is preferable
- Up to date on industry trends and able to articulate them confidently
- Strong team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and global collaboration
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge & experience with digital advertising (e.g. demand-side platforms, sell-side platforms, Ad exchanges, etc) is preferable
- Up to date on latest industry trends, able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
