Practice & Clients
The energy-focused team advises on the full value chain, covering upstream oil and gas, LNG, renewables, and energy transition projects. Their client base includes major integrated energy companies, independent developers, and funds investing in both conventional and first-of-a-kind renewable projects across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and emerging markets.
The corporate finance and private equity team supports public and private companies, global fund sponsors, and investors across Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. Their work spans M&A, joint ventures, fundraisings, portfolio investments, and technology-driven transactions. Clients include leading institutions, multinational corporates, and innovative growth companies.
Responsibilities
Associates in these groups will:
- Advise on high-value cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and fundraisings.
- Support the structuring and execution of energy projects, including LNG, renewables, and hydrogen.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents for corporate and finance matters.
- Work closely with clients on portfolio investments and fund structuring.
- Collaborate across international offices to deliver seamless advice.
Candidate Profile
- E&W Qualified lawyer with 2-4PQE and energy transactional experience from a top international law firm.
- This opportunity is well suited to commercially minded associates with strong technical skills and an interest in cross-border work.
- Energy sector or corporate finance experience is beneficial, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
