Job Title Plant Operator – Wrexham
Main purpose of the job:
The Plant Operator position will initially join our operations team in Wrexham to support process validation works and the production of customer samples. Once our plant is ready for customer deployment you will be supporting the installation and maintenance of the Green Rubber rollout, which is expected to require significant international travel. The Plant Operator will work alongside the Maintenance Technician who will be the first port of call, for any Green Rubber related service-related issues. It is essential to maintain maximum customer satisfaction by ensuring systems continue to operate not only within specification but above expectations, through technical excellence and direct customer communication.

Responsible for: Supporting Green Rubber Deployment Installations and Service Requirements Globally
Main tasks of the job:
Run, monitor, and adjust rubber processing equipment and machinery at the Plant. Ensure all processes align with Recircles sustainability goals, minimizing emissions and energy consumption.
Troubleshoots, services and supports operation of deployed equipment associated to the Green Rubber installation at customer sites.
Diagnose minor equipment failures and assist maintenance technician in repairing and optimizing machinery.
Maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed. Keep accurate logs of machine performance and suggest improvements.
Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.
Performs quality control assessments on recovered materials.
Possesses a solid level of technical knowledge on the company’s Green Rubber Project.
Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
Comply with all applicable UK legislative and security regulations. Strictly adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, including waste disposal.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free plant environment, following Recircles zero-waste policies.
Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.
Other duties as required.

Ideally you must
Be able to commute to our operations plant located outside of Wrexham for the foreseeable future 5 days per week.
Be proficient in operating heavy machinery, control panels, or automated systems.
Possess a full clean driving licence.
Must be a reliable Team player who has good technical and communication skills, good attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
Have a strong sense of health and safety awareness.
Ideally WJA trained but training will be given to successful candidates
Travel, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required.
