Bees for Development is looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our small, passionate team in Monmouth.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference: you’ll help us tell powerful stories of how bees change lives, create engaging digital content, and support campaigns that raise vital funds to support our work on livelihoods and biodiversity in some of the world’s poorest communities.

👉 You’ll be the creative force behind our social media channels, website, and online campaigns, bringing fresh ideas, strong technical skills, and a passion for people and the planet.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Skilled in content creation

✨ Experienced in managing social media platforms

✨ Experienced in crafting online campaigns

✨ Creative, collaborative, and ready to make an impact

📍 Location: Monmouth, South Wales

💷 Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (dependent on experience)
