The Sustainability Consultancy team is based within the Property Management Division of the organisation and brings together around 30 sustainability professionals from varied backgrounds. We also work collaboratively alongside other energy and sustainability-focused teams within the business, including Sustainable Design, Engineering & Design Consultancy, Energy Consultancy, Energy Procurement, Environmental Economics and Research.
Our team’s sustainability services include, but are not limited to; creating and implementing ESG and sustainability strategies at organisational and asset level, environmental management and compliance (ISO14001), building certifications (BREEAM, SKA), sustainability benchmarking and reporting (GRESB, CDP, SBTi), social sustainability, health and wellbeing and strategic waste and resource support.
As a graduate on the sustainability pathway, our graduates will gain experience across a wider variety of different service lines and skills. One day our graduates could be out undertaking environmental compliance audits on managed sites, the next assessing health and wellbeing opportunities in prime real estate to working sustainability strategy with our key clients. The breadth of experience that Savills graduates obtain is second to none and the pathway will help to provide holistic scope across the implementation of sustainability in the real estate sector.

Training:
Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your ISEP.
You will have a sustainability mentor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme. They will discuss your training and experience needs at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you require.
