This company is teaching models to truly understand software at the binary level, and the role offers you the opportunity to work on both ML research and real-world applications.
You won't be stuck working with APIs or basic fine-tuning. This team is building foundational models from scratch: transformer-based decompilation systems, embedding models, and large-scale training runs on unique proprietary datasets.
Theyโre looking for an ML Research Scientist with:
Essential experience:
- PhD (or MSc + strong track record) in ML/CS/related field
- Strong core research skills
- Experience training LLMs/transformers - beyond APIs/basic fine-tuning
- Strong Python + PyTorch
- Interest in tackling complex, long-horizon problems in a startup environment
Bonus experience:
- Large-scale distributed training โ not essential
- Graph Neural Networks.
- Multi-node GPUs.
- Reinforcement learning (in the context of post training LLMs).
