About The Role
Street Scene is the one service that reaches every resident of the borough. We are committed to delivering a high quality, value for money service to all residents and businesses in the borough
Working closely with the Head of Street Scene Service Support, Environment's Executive Director and wider Street Scene Leadership Team, the post holder will lead and oversee the collection, cleansing and sorting of the directorate's data. The post-holder will use their skills to provide insight and analysis to the team to enable them to progress their strategic priorities and make intelligent led decisions.
The post holder will also be a superuser on our asset management systems, ensuring they are maintained and fit for frontline operational use.
It will be a varied and challenging job and the postholder will need to display a proven track-record of delivering, developing solutions to complex cross-cutting challenges, and working effectively with all levels of management.

About You
- Comprehensive understanding of PowerBI, systems and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage a complex workload and deliver high quality, accurate and timely work without supervision
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills, with proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders
- Continuous ability to source, assimilate and analyse data and information relating to wide range of services and translate into an easily understood format.
