About the role:
We are looking for motivated graduates to join our Sales Graduate Scheme and build their careers in the renewable energy sector. As a Sales Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in driving business growth across Energy Storage Systems, Wind Turbines, Solar, and other clean energy solutions. You will work closely with experienced account managers and senior sales leaders, learning how to develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and support projects from proposal to delivery.
This role is ideal for ambitious graduates who want to combine commercial skills with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in renewable energy solutions.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling activities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build industry knowledge and expand the professional network.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
Qualification and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
- Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
