Exciting new F&B development | Community-focused centre | Supportive leadership
Are you a hands-on Facilities Coordinator with a passion for people, place, and progress? We are recruiting at a large Shopping Centre — at the heart of the community — looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team as we embark on an exciting new Food & Beverage development located opposite the main bus station.
Working in close partnership with our Centre Manager, an exceptional mentor with a strong operational background, you’ll play a key role in driving excellence across the centre’s day-to-day performance while helping to deliver this vibrant new F&B destination.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the smooth and safe operation of the shopping centre, including a large rooftop car park.
- Working closely with the Centre Manager to maintain high standards of customer experience, safety, and presentation.
- Building strong relationships with our diverse community of retailers — including many thriving local independents.
- Managing contractors, service partners, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supporting sustainability and community engagement initiatives that make the Shopping Centre a true local hub.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in facilities, operations, or property management — ideally in a retail, mixed-use, or leisure environment.
- A proactive, people-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in community engagement.
