Key Responsibilities:
- IT Asset Management: Responsible for the IT asset lifecycle, establishing and optimizing processes for configuration, tracking, and retirement, and leveraging technical methods to improve management efficiency.
- AI & Digital Application Development: As the technical executor, responsible for developing, integrating, and deploying AI applications and digital tools to solve high-value business problems.
- Data Analysis & Support: Utilize Power BI and other tools to build and maintain key business dashboards, translating data into actionable insights to support management and business unit decisions.
- IT Helpdesk: Act as the primary point of contact for IT support for our European employees, providing friendly and efficient troubleshooting for hardware (laptops, printers), software, and desktop issues.
- Infrastructure Operations: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networking infrastructure and server room.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, including IT asset lifecycle management, infrastructure (networking, servers), and IT Helpdesk
- Demonstrable development/scripting skills in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS
- A strong interest in AI/LLMs. Practical experience with Dify, or building RAG applications is a major plus.
