We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Solar Surveyor/Sales Specialist to carry out property surveys, manage sales processes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
This role will include:
● Conducting site surveys for solar installations, scheduled via an electronic diary.
● Managing the sales journey from initial survey to final sale, ensuring smooth and
professional interactions.
● Providing excellent aftercare to uphold our reputation for top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform property surveys to assess suitability for solar installations.
● Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy and propose customised
solutions.
● Drive sales while meeting both customer needs and company objectives.
● Keep detailed records of surveys, sales, and follow-up communications.
● Represent Absolute Electrical Lincoln as a knowledgeable and professional brand
ambassador.
What We’re Looking For:
● Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is required.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
● Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to assess properties accurately.
● A full UK driving licence is essential.
