Each role offers hands-on experience contributing to the development of an applied artificial intelligence platform — from concept to prototype — in a professional, innovation-driven environment.

🤖 AI Developer Internship
Work alongside a focused onsite team to build AI-driven components that combine Generative AI and Supervised Learning algorithms to create intelligent, adaptive solutions for real-world businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build core modules of the RTN Zero.AI platform.
- Develop and test AI models and data workflows.
- Integrate APIs and automate sustainability analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and product features.
Ideal Background:
- Studying or experienced in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
- Skills in Python, JavaScript, React, or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
- Curious, creative, and passionate about responsible AI.
💻 Software Developer Internship
Join the engineering team developing the technical backbone of the RTN Zero.AI platform — from front-end dashboards to backend systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop web interfaces, data services, and system integrations.
- Work on APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product and sustainability teams.
Ideal Background:
- Studying or experienced in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Design.
- Familiar with Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, GitHub, and cloud tools.
- Eager to learn and build sustainable, user-focused software.
🌿 Business Sustainability Internship
Support our mission by conducting market-based sustainability research and helping define the environmental standards that shape our AI platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research on GHG Protocols, ISO standards, SBTi, and ESG frameworks.
- Visit and engage with businesses to understand sustainability challenges.
- Draft strategic papers outlining sustainability models and platform logic.
- Translate environmental data and frameworks into actionable AI insights.
Ideal Background:
- Studying or experienced in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, or Environmental Engineering.
- Knowledge of GHG Protocols, ISO 14064, SDGs, or ESG principles.
- Basic coding or data analysis skills (Python, R, or SQL) are a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
