In this high-impact role, you'll harness raw data to create actionable insights that reduce churn, boost upsell opportunities, increase revenue, and lower operational costs. You’ll be central to our mission of optimising customer management and delivering measurable commercial value.
What We Want You To Do
- Build and refine large datasets to support model development.
- Design and implement machine learning models aligned to key business metrics.
- Uncover trends and patterns in customer data to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines.
- Drive model optimisation through experimentation and stakeholder feedback.
- Create a centralised feature store to democratise AI and ML capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning and AI across the business.
- Own end-to-end data science workflows — from dataset creation to model deployment.

- Proven experience in building and implementing data science models.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with a solid grasp of machine learning techniques.
- Ability to visualise data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Experience with dashboarding tools to monitor model performance.
- Strong grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
