🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a key role in driving HTB’s analytics strategy, delivering high-quality reporting and insights that support decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll lead BI initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for data stakeholders, and deliver advanced analytics projects that help shape the future of data-driven performance at HTB.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead analytics and BI initiatives, promoting best practices and a data-first approach.
Maintain and enhance reports, automating processes where possible.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from core systems.
Deliver advanced analytics and AI projects aligned with business strategy.
Analyse data to identify trends, provide insights, and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
Guide KPI development to drive business performance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or MI roles.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Expertise in Tableau dashboard development.
Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable: Power BI experience, agile development knowledge, and data warehousing techniques.
