About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our UK sales activities across electrical wholesalers and installer networks within their regional sector.
This role focuses on managing branch-level relationships with building a strong installer network for Humax’s range of residential and commercial EV chargers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Account Management & Partner Development
• Manage and grow relationships with wholesaler branch managers and supporting staff.
• Drive revenue growth by supporting wholesaler sales teams with product knowledge, sales tools, and promotional activities.
• Monitor account performance and develop tailored action plans to achieve sales targets.
-Installer Network Development
• Identify, recruit, and nurture partnerships with certified EV installers and local installation companies.
• Build a structured installer support and engagement programs, including technical training and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns and events that promote Humax’s installer network.
-Sales Enablement & Operations
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (product managers, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and availability.
• Support tender submissions, pricing discussions, and promotional initiatives at wholesaler branch levels.
• Provide regular market insights, competitive intelligence, and structured sales reports to your reporting manager.
•Track and report sales performance across your reginal accounts and installer networks, providing regular updates to your reporting manager.
•Monitor and manage KPI achievement (e.g., sales targets, new branch onboarding, training sessions completed) to ensure consistent growth and partner activity performance.
-Partner Training & Support
• Lead and deliver product training sessions and webinars for installer partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales capability.
• Support trade shows, regional & branch events, and marketing campaigns to promote Humax’s EV charger portfolio.
• Provide accurate forecasting to ensure consistent product availability and smooth order fulfilment into your assigned wholesale branches.
• Work jointly with your reporting manager to co-create promotional assets, campaigns, and digital content that enhance brand visibility and partner engagement.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale, EV charging, or the renewables sector.
• Proven track record managing large wholesale/multi branch accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with both wholesale and installer partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with solid understanding of IT tools and digital collaboration platforms.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid role.
· Attend the New Malden Office once a month for team catch up.
• Willingness to travel to branch and installer meetings, events, and training sessions throughout the working week.
· Attend trade shows as and when required throughout the calendar year.
· Provide a weekly report/meeting appointments plan to your reporting manager.
Desirable Experience:
• Hands-on experience managing wholesale branch partnerships in the UK electrical or EV sectors.
• Working knowledge of EV charger technologies, electrical standards, and on-site installation workflows.
