Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in London. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include developing process flow diagrams, conducting process simulations, analyzing system behavior, and troubleshooting to address technical challenges. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
We are seeking a Process Engineer with a strong technical foundation in chemical process design and simulation to join our multidisciplinary project team. The role will involve both process engineering and project coordination responsibilities, supporting the delivery of Hydrogen and gas processing projects.
This position is particularly suited for engineers with research or pilot plant experience, strong analytical skills, and an interest in emerging hydrogen technologies. You will also receive dedicated training in Hydrogen PSA systems and play a key role in integrating this new technology into company standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Strong academic and research background
- Hands-on experience with process design and pilot plant projects
- Proficiency in Aspen Plus, Aspen HTFS+, and MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical documentation and collaborate across disciplines.
Desirable:
- Exposure to gas processing, hydrogen, or renewable energy systems.
- Familiarity with project coordination and engineering document control.
- Experience with academic or industrial R&D environments.
