Brindle and Green undertake a wide variety project work across the UK. As a Seasonal Ecologist, you will be supporting the ecology department in day-to-day field surveys.
This role is for 6-months, which would be full-time (40 hours a week), working out of our rural Derby office. The responsibilities of the role will be to complete protected species surveys, completing desk-based data analysis, as well as mapping, data processing, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities And Benefits
- Conducting ecological surveys including (but not limited to:) reptile surveys, great crested newt surveys, bat emergence surveys, bat activity surveys
- Undertaking ecological clerk of works and site supervision
- Undertaking translocation visits
- Bat data analysis
